Bonamix Atacarejo, founded in 2009, is a wholesale supermarket chain that aims to provide a diverse range of products, including packaging, bonbonniere, bakery items, confectionery, pizzerias, snack bars, restaurants, food service, and other related items, which have been meticulously selected and stocked.
In order to guarantee the quality of the product mix, they relied on GIC’s RVB, which provided a more assertive approach to the management of operational indicators and parameters. It also provided a comprehensive overview of the availability of products in the sales area, as well as displaying status, days without sales, and the precision of prices on the shelves.
The chain’s headquarters initially had an operational breakdown of 23%, but after only one month of audits, the rate was reduced to 7%. This represents a drop of around 70%.
This has had a positive impact on the operation, leading to significant improvements in revenue, through increased sales and a reduction in losses of expired products, since the products are no longer forgotten in stock.
