The partnership with GIC began in 2023, and in less than 6 months the chain’s reality was transformed with the implementation of RUB, a store operations management solution, which reduced the price tag inconsistency rate to less than 1%. In addition, the display out-of-stock rate, which was approximately 16%, fell below 1%, resulting in a significant reduction in losses, providing greater control and efficiency in the inventory and price audit processes.
